- Additional street closures from 7 to 9:30 a.m. affect Main Street from South Floyd to South 8th, 5th Street from Main to Chestnut, and segments of Chestnut, 7th, Magazine, 8th, Liberty, Market, Floyd, Witherspoon, and Adams.
