Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 1 Heads to Crunchyroll and Digital Stores on July 28

The coordinated streaming and premium-VOD rollout follows an unusually long theatrical run and clears the way for promotion of the still-undated sequel.

Overview

  • Crunchyroll and Aniplex announced at Anime Expo 2026 that Infinity Castle Part 1 will begin streaming on Crunchyroll on July 28, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. PT.
  • Crunchyroll will offer the film with many dubbed and subtitled language options to serve broad international audiences.
  • The film will be available the same day on premium video on demand and digital stores with a reported pre-order purchase price of $19.99 and an expected 48-hour rental around $14.99.
  • Netflix will carry the movie in select Asian territories on July 28 while Crunchyroll handles most other regions, excluding Japan, Mainland China, and India for Netflix distribution.
  • Part 2 remains in production with no official release date and the Part 1 rollout reflects the effect of its nine-month Japanese theatrical run and roughly $793 million global box office on the franchise’s release strategy.
