- An automated, three-tier colour alert system — Yellow, Orange, Red — will trigger escalating audits and enforcement actions, with Red alerts able to prompt automated escalation up to possible site shutdowns.
- The 2.0 upgrade builds on Delhi’s 2021 DUST portal by shifting from periodic, self-reported data to 24x7 sensor-driven oversight, which officials say should make inspections faster, raise accountability and allow quicker corrective action that could lower construction‑related pollution exposure for nearby residents.
