Delhi Police Probe Firing Outside Bhajanpura Home

Forensic teams collected evidence to aid the search for the shooters.

Police said shots were fired in the air outside a residence in Bhajanpura early Tuesday after the homeowner, Mohammad Abdul Kadir, 39, reported that two to three men fled the scene.
No injuries were reported in the Bhajanpura incident, according to officials.
A case was registered at Bhajanpura police station under Sections 324(6)/3(5) of the BNS and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.
A forensic team inspected the site and collected evidence as police deployed teams to identify and apprehend the suspects.
In a separate February 25 case in the Tejab Mill/Farsh Bazaar area, two motorcycle-borne assailants fired at a residence, reportedly captured on CCTV, and police are investigating.
