- Traffic diversions and restrictions will be enforced from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with the concert scheduled from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
- Key stretches expected to face congestion include IP Marg (MGM Road), Vikas Marg, and Ring Road between Rajghat and IP Depot.
- Heavy vehicles are barred from the Rajghat–IP Marg stretch during the restriction period, as per the police advisory.
- No parking is allowed on Ring Road from Rajghat to the IP Flyover on both carriageways, with towing and prosecution for violations.
- Spectator entry is routed via gates 7–8 from Velodrome Road and gates 16, 18, 21, 22 from MGM Road, with limited parking permitted only for vehicles displaying valid labels.
