Delhi Police Arrest Five Alleged Shooters in Chandigarh ‘Parry’ Killing, Tied to Bishnoi–Boxer Network

Police say the crew takes direction from overseas handlers linked to other high-profile killings.

Overview

  • Delhi Police Special Cell arrested Piyush Piplani, Ankush Solanki, Kunwarbir, Lovepreet Singh and Santokh alias Kapil Khatri in two operations, recovering four firearms and ammunition.
  • Piplani is alleged to be the lead shooter in Parry’s killing, Solanki another shooter, Kunwarbir the getaway driver, Santokh wanted in the Ashu Mahajan murder, and Lovepreet an alleged logistics aide.

  • Panchkula police earlier arrested Shivam Sharma and Gopal Kumar for allegedly supplying weapons, phones, SIM cards and a vehicle and for sheltering fugitives, securing a five-day remand and probing links to Hari/Harry Boxer.
  • Investigators describe the Aarzoo–Anmol Bishnoi–Harry Boxer syndicate as operating from Canada and the US and connecting the Parry case to the Sonu Nolta and Ashu Mahajan killings, with the Bishnoi group publicly framing Parry’s murder as revenge for a Dubai slaying.
