Delhi Police Arrest 19-Year-Old After Fatal Hit-and-Run on Ring Road

  • An FIR for rash driving and causing death by negligence has been registered at Rajouri Garden police station while teams review CCTV footage and conduct raids to reconstruct the vehicle’s movement and speed.
