- Darmstadt announced Thursday that it has signed 22-year-old centre-back Yannik Lührs from TSG Hoffenheim II to strengthen its defence for the 2. Bundesliga season.
- Lührs played 33 matches for Hoffenheim II in the 2025–26 3. Liga campaign and previously made ten professional appearances for Hannover 96.
- The club gave Lührs the squad number 49 and said he will take part immediately in the team’s fitness tests and training in Lindenfels.
