Crypto.com Arena Unveils Grammy Night Menu Built for Scale, With 600-Pound Cheese Centerpiece

The host venue pairs spectacle-scale catering with a food-rescue program through Musically Fed.

Overview

  • AEG's Crypto.com Arena and Levy Restaurants are executing curated offerings for luxury suites, the Delta SKY360 Club and a post-Gala terrace event.
  • Service plans call for more than 2,000 glasses of champagne, 600 pounds of short rib, 15,000 shrimp, 12,000 pieces of sushi and 640 pounds of cheese.
  • Cheese artist Sarah Kaufmann is carving a 600-pound block of New Mexico cheese into musical motifs that will be used for artisan grilled cheeses on site.
  • Luxury-suite dishes include duck carnitas flatbread, mezcal-braised short rib, nopales milanesa torta and tortilla kabobs, while the Delta SKY360 Club features pressed bluefin tuna crudo and “on-sen ramen” deviled eggs.
  • Organizers will route unused prepared food through Musically Fed, which logged 2,074 meals recovered from Grammys-related events in 2024–2025 and 9,905 meals across Los Angeles events in 2025.
