- Córdoba, Entre Ríos and Santa Fe received perfect scores of 100 points and make up Group I for strict compliance after publishing the full set of required fiscal documents.
- The national average slipped from 74.3 to 70.9 versus the September 2025 report and is down 6.8 points compared with March 2025, reflecting a broad deterioration in transparency.
- Seven provinces sit in Group II with high compliance but missing personnel data, while eight provinces are in Group IV with low compliance; Tierra del Fuego ranks lowest at 30 points and Buenos Aires, Mendoza and others score around 55.
- The index weights publication of the 2026 budget (35 points), the Ahorro‑Inversión‑Financiamiento scheme (25 points) and several planillas (debt stock, expenditure by function, personnel) at 10 points each, La Pampa and San Luis were excluded for not adhering to the federal regime, and ASAP will remeasure performance in its next semestral round.
