Overview
- Domodedovsky City Court ruled to recover more than 3 billion rubles from Dmitry Kamenshchik and Valery Kogan on a joint basis after a claim initiated by the Federal Tax Service at prosecutors’ request.
- The General Prosecutor’s Office said it will oversee enforcement once the judgment enters into force.
- Separately, Kamenshchik filed a cassation appeal on October 27 challenging earlier rulings that transferred control of Domodedovo to the state.
- A June decision ordered 100% of DME Holding, which owns the airport’s assets, into state ownership, a ruling that was upheld on appeal in September and entered into immediate execution.
- Prosecutors also reported blocking a planned 18.5 billion ruble loan transfer linked to the former beneficiary, and courts earlier rejected the ex-owners’ complaints against a temporary travel ban.
