Columbia Heights Couple Arrested in Fridley Roadway Shooting That Critically Injured Driver

Deputies say a shooter in another vehicle opened fire on a woman driving an SUV on University Avenue Northeast near the I-694 ramp in Fridley.
The SUV left the roadway after the gunfire and stopped near the interchange, and first responders arrived just after 9 p.m.
The driver was hospitalized in critical but stable condition, and a juvenile girl riding in the SUV was not hurt.
Jail records identify the suspects as Cordaryle Frank-Allen Frost, 38, and his wife, Cynthia Victoria Frost, 37, both from Columbia Heights, and the sheriff's office says the motive remains under investigation.
