Overview
- On Thursday CCEP — the German bottler Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland — confirmed it will raise wholesale (Abgabepreise) for large parts of its German range effective 1 September.
- The company said the adjustment will be in the single‑digit percentage range and covers core brands such as Coca‑Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Mezzo Mix and other labels including Fuze Tea, Apollinaris and Powerade.
- CCEP said the increase is driven by higher spending on brand investment, production and logistics and by rising tariff wages and related labour costs.
- Final consumer prices will be set by supermarkets and discounters, so past aggressive promotions — for example deeply discounted 12×1L multipacks — could blunt how much shoppers actually pay.
- CCEP operates 23 German sites, reported about 4 billion litres sold in 2025 and has raised prices at similar times in prior years as it seeks stronger growth ahead of demand drivers such as the football World Cup.
