Coaf Links R$3.6 Million From Master and Reag to ACM Neto’s Consultancy

Neto plans to ask STF and PGR to probe an alleged leak after asserting the transfers were lawful consultancies.

Overview

  • A Coaf financial intelligence report shows A&M Consultoria, owned by ACM Neto and his wife, received R$3.6 million from Banco Master and Reag.
  • Between June 2023 and May 2024, the firm got R$1.55 million from Reag and R$1.34 million from Master, after earlier transfers in March–June 2023 of R$281.5 thousand and R$422.3 thousand, respectively.
  • Coaf assessed that the company moved resources above its declared capacity; A&M was created on December 28, 2022 with R$2,000 in capital.
  • In a video statement, Neto said the payments reflected documented consultancy work with taxes paid and offered to provide clarifications to authorities.
  • Master remains under investigation after a Central Bank-ordered liquidation in 2025 and the re-arrest of owner Daniel Vorcaro in March 2026, Reag is under Federal Police scrutiny, and the disclosures are straining União Brasil in an election year.
