- Clark County granted land-use entitlements for the northwest podium, on-site parking and a 2,500-seat theater on Aug. 19, leaving the hotel-casino towers out of the approval because they require Federal Aviation Administration review.
- An unnamed buyer told reporters it is interested in buying Bally’s rights to the $1.1 billion, 26-acre mixed-use project, and county officials said the entitlements are tied to the land so they would transfer to a new owner.
