Citroen Lifts India Prices for Basalt, Aircross and C3 by Up to Rs 45,000

The revision takes effect without mechanical or feature changes, with reports linking it to wider early-2026 cost pressures across automakers.

Overview

  • New ex-showroom ranges are now Rs 8.15–13.35 lakh for the Basalt, Rs 8.29–13.94 lakh for the Aircross and Rs 4.95–9.45 lakh for the C3.
  • Basalt variants see a uniform Rs 20,000 increase, while the Aircross climbs by Rs 20,000 on lower trims and up to Rs 45,000 on the Max 7-seat Turbo AT.
  • Select newly introduced Aircross Max 5-seat Turbo trims and the C3 Live (O) manual retain previous prices.
  • C3 hikes are split by trim, with Live, Feel and Feel (O) up by Rs 15,000 and Turbo and Shine variants higher by Rs 40,000.
  • All three models keep the same 1.2-litre NA and 1.2-litre turbo-petrol powertrains and transmission options, and no other changes are reported.
