Overview
- Stellantis announced that Chrysler will gain three new crossovers called the Airflow, Arrow and Arrow Cross to expand the brand’s lineup beyond the Pacifica.
- The Airflow is planned as a mid-size model on the STLA One multi-energy platform while the Arrow and Arrow Cross will use proven European platforms to allow electric, range-extended or gasoline powertrains.
- Company guidance puts all three models under $40,000 with the Arrow variants targeted between $25,000 and $35,000, positioning them below current Pacifica pricing.
- Stellantis says the vehicles and related variants are expected to arrive through 2030 but final designs, precise powertrain choices and exact production timing remain to be disclosed.
- The plan is pitched to raise Chrysler’s annual volume toward roughly 225,000 units and reshape a brand that until now has largely been a U.S.-regional minivan maker led by the Pacifica.
