Chrisley–Landsman Case Ends With Mutual No-Contact Order and Dog Returned to Chrisley

The deal sets strict stay-away terms that pause their dueling filings.

Overview

  • A new court agreement imposes a mutual no-contact order between Lindsie Chrisley and ex-boyfriend David Landsman and returns their dachshund, Oliver, to Chrisley.
  • Both sides’ restraining-order petitions were dismissed under the deal, which is set to remain in effect until May 6, 2027.
  • The order requires each to stay 500 yards from the other, as well as from their homes and workplaces, and a third party will retrieve Oliver from Landsman within 48 hours.
  • Landsman had recently asked a judge for his own protective order and custody of Oliver, while Chrisley alleged he strangled her and sought protection after an altercation.
  • Police arrested Landsman in April on an aggravated-assault-by-strangulation charge tied to that dispute, and the civil agreement does not address the status of the criminal case.
