Overview
- Gabryel Ayers, 26, was fatally shot on Feb. 4 when multiple attackers opened fire on a car at 79th and May, striking it about 50 times before it crashed into another vehicle.
- A 27-year-old man in the car was wounded in the buttocks and arm and is in good condition, while the infant in the back seat was unharmed and is now with family.
- Witness video shows at least three masked shooters dressed in black running up to the white sedan, firing, then fleeing in a red getaway car after returning to shoot additional rounds.
