- International arrivals will route via a suspended sterile corridor to a passport control center planned later in the program.
- City leaders reordered the larger $8–8.2 billion program to build the satellite first under airline budget and scope oversight, while a 110-location concessions rollout has bids under review with awards expected by late March.
