Overview
- Chevrolet publicly previewed the S10 Trail Boss in early June at AgroActiva and confirmed the model will arrive in Argentine dealerships in July.
- The Trail Boss was developed with GM’s high-performance division and uses an exclusive suspension setup that raises the front ride height by 30 mm with Ironman-tuned springs and shock absorbers.
- The pickup wears 18-inch Scorpion All Terrain tires and revised geometry aimed at improving traction and ground clearance for dirt, mud and gravel driving.
- Power comes from the new 2.8L Duramax turbodiesel that makes 207 hp and 510 Nm, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 4x4 drivetrain.
- Standard safety and utility gear includes six airbags, electronic stability control, autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot and trailer warnings, plus a Multi-Flex bed lining and extended roll bar for mounting accessories; Chevrolet has not yet published pricing.
