CBSE Sets March 1 CTET Paper-II Re-Exam for Two Bihar Centres as Answer Keys Near Release

Affected candidates will receive revised admit cards through ctet.nic.in, and a brief paid-objection period will follow the provisional keys before results are finalised.

Overview

  • Paper-II on February 7 was cancelled at two Vaishali (Hajipur) centres—125014 Lakshya International Academy and 125016 St. John’s Academy, Basmati Nagar—due to administrative issues, and the re-test is fixed for March 1, 2026.
  • Only candidates originally allotted those two centres may appear on March 1, with no change of centre or date permitted and no further chance in the 21st CTET cycle.
  • Revised admit cards for the affected group will be issued shortly via candidate logins on ctet.nic.in, and candidates are advised to monitor official channels for reporting times and instructions.
  • The provisional answer key and scanned OMR response sheets are expected to be posted on ctet.nic.in soon, with objections accepted online only at ₹1,000 per question during a short 2–3 day window.
  • Final keys and results will be declared after CBSE reviews paid challenges and incorporates the re-exam responses; the February session ran February 7–8 across about 140 cities with roughly 2.53 million registrations reported by media.
