- Internal assessment marks already uploaded by schools will be factored in, results will be released with the global cohort, outcomes will be treated as final, and only the standard Second Board Examination remains available for improvement.
- Papers conducted from February 17 to 28 will count toward results, covering six academic subjects along with 16 languages and 22 skill subjects.
- The scheme covers CBSE-affiliated schools in Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and students who shifted exam centres to other countries will be evaluated on the papers they completed there.
- Class 12 examinations in the region stand cancelled with the evaluation method to be announced; CISCE also cancelled Grade 12 and promised an improvement option, as thousands of students report uncertainty over university admissions.
