- The case cites Section 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, with Inspector Nitin Chaudhary leading the ongoing investigation and complainant Kishun Kumar identified as a GDS listed for transfer on December 3.
