- P&P Productions with the National Theatre, in association with Pathé, announced full principal and ensemble casting for the film-to-stage adaptation.
- Previews run at Cardiff’s Sherman Theatre from March 31 to April 18, 2026, followed by performances at the National Theatre’s Dorfman in London from June 11 to September 12, 2026.
- Principal roles feature Jhon Lumsden (Mark), Matthew Durkan (Mike), Lewis Cornay (Bromley), Courtney Stapleton (Steph), Samuel Barnett (Jonathan) and Chris Jenkins (Gethin), alongside an ensemble of four.
- The creative team includes book and lyrics by Stephen Beresford, music by Christopher Nightingale, Josh Cohen and DJ Walde, and direction by Matthew Warchus.
- Tickets for both Cardiff and London engagements are on sale, with design led by Bunny Christie and choreography by Lizzi Gee and a score drawing on protest, pop, rock, disco and Welsh choral traditions.
