- That placement issued roughly 23 million shares with four attached warrants per share at strike prices of €0.86, €1.12, and €1.46.
- If exercised in full, the warrants would bring in about €99.1 million through more than 92 million new shares, and institutional backers included Adam Back and TOBAM, with Back subscribing €1.1 million of warrants and TOBAM providing €850,000 via a separate increase.
