- Capcom announced on Thursday, July 2 that Onimusha: Way of the Sword will launch on September 4, 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC across Steam, Epic and the Microsoft Store.
- Pre-orders are available now in Standard, Deluxe and Premium Deluxe editions and the game’s former pre-order items have been converted into Early Adopter bonuses claimable through September 24 on most platforms.
- Capcom says digital pre-orders placed on Nintendo Switch 2 storefronts were automatically cancelled because of the date change and affected customers must place new digital orders.
