- Police say the episode occurred about 2:10 a.m. Wednesday when someone opened a bedroom window on Pond View Road, called the sleeping woman by name, and grabbed her ankle.
- Officers identified and arrested 21-year-old Helohim Nedvaldo Francilme at his home after investigators learned he had tried to contact the victim on Instagram and Snapchat about an hour before the alleged intrusion.
- Francilme was arraigned on charges of nighttime breaking-and-entering with intent to commit a felony and assault and battery and pleaded not guilty in court records.
