- Organizers confirmed in March 2026 that the BNA edition will run July 9–12 at BA Ferial in Buenos Aires, its first time at the refurbished riverside venue.
- BA Ferial is the rebranded Costa Salguero site managed with Exponenciar S.A., which is positioning the complex as a modern hub for exhibitions and cultural events.
- Access plans include free transportation from multiple points across the city to make it easier for visitors to reach the Costanera Norte location.
- Programming will feature chefs, masterclasses, contests, interactive activities, live streaming, and Rondas de Negocios that connect producers with supermarket chains and distributors.
- Last year’s edition drew more than 100,000 visitors and 500 exhibitors, hosted 50-plus chefs, recorded operations above 10,000 million pesos, and logged 300 business meetings.
