Overview

  • Black Ops Royale goes live with Season 2 Reloaded on March 12 at 9 p.m. PT (March 13 at 12 a.m. ET/5 a.m. GMT) as a free Warzone update.
  • The mode features 100 players in 25 quads on Avalon with wingsuit infil, no loadouts, no Gulag, and no buy stations, emphasizing scavenging and squad survival.
  • Guns spawn as fixed archetypes that upgrade via attachment kits to higher rarities, with an all‑new ballistics system that increases bullet drop at lower tiers and boosts velocity as rarity rises.
  • Second chances shift to Redeploy Tokens and contestable Redeploy Towers that can bring eliminated teammates back if captured.
  • Avalon adds optional high‑risk activities — bounties, strongboxes, relays, Guild defenses, and Cradle Breaches that trigger hallucinated zombie hordes and Mangler boss fights for top‑tier loot — plus a refreshed Perk consumable system and the Cerebral Link HUD showing enemy health and weapon info.
