- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met Prime Minister Andy Burnham at Portsmouth Naval Base on Monday, July 27, in the first foreign leader visit since Burnham became prime minister.
- Downing Street confirmed the UK will transfer the Stone Cloak intellectual property so Ukraine can mass-manufacture tablet-sized electronic jammers that limit Russian radar tracking of drones.
- The Ministry of Defence has already supplied thousands of the Stone Cloak units to Ukrainian forces and the IP handover is intended to scale frontline production locally.
