- Top requested figures in 2025 included ARS 4,625,000 in Systems for jefe/supervisor roles and ARS 4,000,000 in Corporate Finance for senior levels, while Maintenance and Cleaning at junior level was lowest at ARS 640,000.
- In December the gender gap in requested pay was 9.48% (men ARS 1,812,762 vs women ARS 1,655,770), and men accounted for a larger share of applications overall and in leadership tiers.
