- Two civilians suffered burn injuries, were treated on scene, and were airlifted to the UC Davis Burn Center; officials have not released their identities or current conditions.
- Fire managers say the blaze is believed to be human‑caused and that dry fuels, hot conditions and afternoon winds are driving extreme behavior which could prolong operations and strain resources.
