- Properties offered for rent drove the rise, with rental listings up 158.8% year over year and 91.3% from the previous bimonthly period.
- Commercial properties for sale showed a milder shift, rising 12.5% year over year but falling 25% compared with November–December 2025.
- Most corridors recorded bimonthly increases, with sharp spikes on Cabildo (177.8% bimonthly, 257.1% annual), Avellaneda (160% bimonthly, 73.3% annual) and Santa Fe (75.8% bimonthly and annual), while Pueyrredón was unchanged.
- In La Plata, inactive premises reached 14 in January–February 2026, a 180% annual increase that the CAC notes is magnified by last year’s low base of five.
