Buckfield Man Charged in Sumner Snowbank Explosion

Investigators say a Feb. 2 search recovered items capable of making explosives at his Buckfield home.

The Maine State Fire Marshal's Office announced the arrest Tuesday tied to the Jan. 12 blast on Decoster Road in Sumner.
Zachary Williams, 50, faces two counts of criminal use of explosives.
A Feb. 2 search of his Allen School Road home recovered items described as capable of making explosives.
He was booked at the Oxford County Jail, had bail set at $500, posted it, and was released.
