Overview
- BTS released an official trailer on Thursday, May 28, and put tickets on sale the same day for a one-night-only cinema screening titled "BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN: LIVE VIEWING."
- The live-viewing will stream the group's return performance at Busan Asiad Main Stadium on June 13 and is presented as a way for fans who cannot attend in person to see the homecoming show.
- The Busan screening follows earlier live cinema broadcasts from Goyang and Tokyo and marks the third cinematic event tied to the Arirang tour.
- The Arirang world tour runs roughly 11 months with about 80 shows in 34 cities and will pause briefly for BTS’s scheduled FIFA World Cup Final halftime performance at MetLife Stadium on July 19.
- By using global theaters and coordinated promotion, BigHit Music and BTS are expanding access for the ARMY while likely increasing ticket demand and international visibility for the comeback album Arirang.
