Overview
- Mauricio Anglés, who legally changed his name years ago to Joaquín Martins, testified in the Audiencia that he was at a bowling alley and later at a nightclub on the day the alleged attack occurred and denied any participation.
- The Fiscalía accuses Mauricio and five co‑defendants of kidnapping with the aggravating factor of alevosía, plus injuries, threats, robbery with violence, damages and membership of a criminal group and is seeking up to 27 years in prison.
