British Transport Police Release Images in Trio of London Rail Crime Appeals

Detectives have issued CCTV appeals seeking information from passengers.

Overview

  • Images have been released after a New Year’s Day assault on an Elizabeth line train in which a man suffered head bruising and a fractured hand before being forced off at Seven Kings, with the suspects later seen at Shenfield (quote reference 149 of 1 January).
  • Detectives shared images following a 7 February robbery on a Piccadilly line train where a man who boarded at South Harrow displayed a wooden-handled item suggesting a knife and demanded a teenager’s phone (reference 476 of 7 February).
  • British Transport Police released a photo after a man exposed himself to a woman on a Moorgate to Finsbury Park service at about 4.20pm on 9 February (reference 568 of 9 February).
  • Police say the individuals pictured may have information that could assist the separate investigations, and the suspects have not been identified.
