BritBox Picks Up George Kay Thriller 'Gone' for U.S. and Canada as ITV Sets March 8 Premiere

Pre-sales at All3Media’s London Screenings have lined up broadcasters and streamers across Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

  • ITV will debut the six-part psychological thriller on Sunday, March 8 at 9 p.m. on ITV1, with the full box set available on ITVX the same day.
  • BritBox has acquired rights for the U.S. and Canada, joining a wave of international deals revealed during London TV Screenings week.
  • Additional partners include NRK in Norway, Stan in Australia, and Sky New Zealand, which will air the series on Three and stream it on ThreeNow.
  • Across Asia, BBC Studios will carry the drama on its BBC First premium SVOD channel and the BBC Player platform.
  • Created and written by George Kay and directed by Richard Laxton, the New Pictures and Observatory production stars David Morrissey and Eve Myles, draws on themes of privilege and trauma, and is partly inspired by To Hunt a Killer with consultants Julie Mackay and Robert Murphy.
