Those regional results largely finalize U.S. entries and shape first-round matchups for the tournament that opens Aug. 19 in Williamsport.

  • Bridgewater Joe Lazaro Little League of Massachusetts earned the town’s first-ever trip to the Little League World Series after an 8-0 New England regional final, powered by Dominik Mombeleur’s dominant outing with 14 strikeouts.
  • Bayonne Central (New Jersey) advanced to Williamsport for the first time in the city’s history after an 8-6 comeback win over Darien in the Metro final, with Mason Rincon helping close the game in relief.
  • East Side Little League of West Chester, Pennsylvania secured the Mid-Atlantic berth with a 3-1 title-game win, as pitcher Cole Warner struck out eight and the team scored all three runs in the first inning.
  • Iowa clinched the Midwest regional in extra innings when Anthony Johnson Jr. scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the seventh to seal a 7-6 victory over Wisconsin.
  • With most U.S. regionals now decided, the 20-team Little League World Series runs Aug. 19–30 in Williamsport and will be televised across ESPN networks with the championship on ABC.
