- The announcement on Thursday, June 18 confirmed Not Bad For New Jersey will be released on September 10 via Fallon’s Lesser Known Records and that he will tour behind the record with his band The Painkillers.
- The tour opens on release day at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg, continues across North America through an October 13 stop in Philadelphia, and resumes in November for UK and European dates that end November 15 in Glasgow.
- Presales for tickets begin June 23 and general onsales start Friday, June 26 at 10 a.m. local time with tickets sold through major outlets such as Ticketmaster and AXS.
- The album was produced by Butch Walker and features guest turns from Phil Collen, Brandon Flowers, Marc Ribot and Lori McKenna, and Fallon has already released three preview singles: “Better Before,” “Not Bad For New Jersey,” and “Pears.”
