Brewers Begin Construction on Two-Story ‘Truss Club’ at American Family Field

The project aims to shift season tickets toward membership-style, all-inclusive packages funded in part under the stadium lease.

Overview

  • Construction on the two-story Truss Club started in June 2026 and the Brewers say the facility will open in 2027 and tie into the stadium concourses.
  • The club will serve 375 membership-style seats sold only as half- or full-season packages and will include a private entrance, concierge, valet options, TVs, and all-inclusive food and drink.
  • Seat changes behind home plate add a new sixth row and wider cushioned seats with in-seat delivery and Truss Club access, with prices beginning around $245 for the new sixth row and overall packages set to more than double current costs for those locations.
  • The team confirmed the construction cost will be shared with the stadium district under lease terms that allow district funds for upgrades present in a threshold share of Major League parks, and reporting notes the ballpark renewal included large public funding in 2023.
  • Separately, a new playground and mini-golf beyond center field are nearing completion for 2026 and a beer garden and tailgate-focused structure are planned for 2027 as part of a wider effort to modernize fan spaces and capture more season-ticket revenue.
