• Codefat’s December 16 decision permanently fixes releases for the 15th from February through August, with payments starting on February 15.
• Deposits are batched by birth month for PIS and by the final registration digit for Pasep under the standard lotting system.
• Eligibility for 2026 requires at least five years of PIS/Pasep registration, 30 days of formal work in 2024 and average monthly pay up to roughly R$2,765.92 with correct employer reporting.
• PIS is paid by Caixa and Pasep by Banco do Brasil with preferential credit to accounts and access via Caixa Tem, Cartão do Cidadão, ATMs and lottery outlets; withdrawals are available until December 30, 2026, with a five-year window for unclaimed amounts.
