- The Federal Senate, which approved the measure Tuesday, sent the unchanged text from the Chamber to the president for sanction.

- The Union will run the system to link federal, state, and Federal District security bodies, helping police track offenders and support protective measures.
- Records remain until a sentence ends or at least three years, and the law takes effect 60 days after publication if it is sanctioned.
