Overview

• In Ceará, an integrated Procumpri action detained 16 fugitives tied to rape and rape of vulnerable persons, with arrests concentrated in Fortaleza and extending to Maracanaú, Juazeiro do Norte, Sobral, São Benedito, Frecheirinha, Limoeiro do Norte and Aiuaba, plus in-flagrante cases in Fortaleza, Caucaia and São Benedito.
• Authorities in Ceará deployed about 250 agents and roughly 70 vehicles and reported more than 200 investigative diligences, while withholding identities and blurring images released to the press.
• In Maranhão and Amazonas, Força Estadual teams executed nine arrest warrants and have detained six people so far in Greater São Luís, Viana, Cururupu and Manaus, with most targets described as linked to criminal organizations.
• Those arrested in the MA–AM action include Elina Mendes Figueiredo for robbery, Érica Cristina Silva dos Santos for drug trafficking and association, Francinaldo Cutrim Duarte and Carlos Henrique Alberto Costa Filho for homicide, and João Paulo Bittencourt Alves located in Manaus.
