Brady Corporation Names Vineet Nargolwala Chief Executive Officer
The board says his industry experience will guide integration of Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services business to advance Brady’s acquisition-led expansion.
Overview
- Brady’s board appointed Vineet Nargolwala as CEO effective immediately and Russell Shaller retired from officer and director roles while agreeing to serve in a consultative role through August 1, 2026 to support the handover.
- Nargolwala will continue to serve on Brady’s board and the company says he was closely involved in the board’s assessment and decision to acquire Honeywell’s PSS business.
- His résumé includes recent service as president and CEO of Allegro MicroSystems and long tenures at Sensata Technologies and Honeywell, which the board cites as experience relevant to large integrations and technology-led transformations.
- The PSS acquisition remains pending and Brady warned that customary regulatory approvals, successful integration, and execution are needed to realize expected synergies and growth from the deal.
- The board credited Shaller’s 11-year tenure with five straight years of organic sales growth, record EPS results, and roughly a 90% rise in Brady’s market value as the company prepares to expand from roughly $1.5 billion in fiscal 2025 sales and a global workforce of about 6,400 employees.
