Overview
- Robert Nagoda pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and related offences after striking Darrell Dalton, 68, on September 27.
- Dalton was pronounced dead about 30 minutes after the collision, which occurred as he crossed Little Horton Lane in Bradford.
- Nagoda fled, abandoning the Honda Jazz with a false rear plate and smashed windscreen, before he and a passenger surrendered to police two days later.
