Overview
- Shortly before 7 a.m. Friday, a delivery worker fell about 20 feet through a roadway grate in an alley off School Street in downtown Boston.
- Firefighters executed a technical rescue, sending a firefighter down a 28-foot ladder and using a safety harness to bring the worker out.
