  • Individual prices were Change of Seasons at $787,900, Babbling Brook at $279,900, and Valley View at $203,700, far exceeding estimates.
  • American Public Television offered the paintings and pledged to send 100 percent of net proceeds to stations across the U.S. A prior Bonhams Skinner sale in Los Angeles in November brought in $662,000 from three Ross paintings for the same purpose.
  • The fundraising follows Congress canceling $1.1 billion for the CPB in July 2025 and the CPB’s Jan. 5 vote to dissolve, with Bob Ross Inc. praising the results and another New York sale planned for April.
