- Carter began a one-year contract that took effect on September 1, 2026, and has already started his duties with a territory tour planned for later in September.
- His remit covers the senior men’s and women’s teams plus age-group programmes so he can work directly with players and local coaches across the region.
- Carter will visit all six first-class Caribbean territories — Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, the Leeward Islands and the Windward Islands — to assess batting talent and coaching capacity.
